Ant’s Custom Yamaha Warrior is back for more. The fancy
overpriced mirrors lasted about 2 days.
They warrentyed them but R&R
was a pain.
While he’s back we’re adding air ride and LEDs.
New rear fender after Daytona.

Original build below.

Before After

Removal of tach, speedo, turn signals and ignition switch cleaned up the
front end.

Forks stripped and flamed to match by CrowTownCustomZ.com

New chrome Ultima controls and

Brake Calipers also color matched.

Much leaner and cleaner…

The mission was to clean up the front end by eliminating the speedo, tach and dash.

Replacing with

Relocating the ignition switch, chrome controls and clean up
front end in general.

Spaghetti… uggg

New hand controls and mirrors mounted.

Ant wanted all new chrome engine covers.

New chrome cam, compression release and gear case covers
installed.
All factory
Yamaha SpeedStar products were of great quality and a
perfect fit including new chrome bolts.
Arrived w/in a week and bolted on in minutes. Highly
recommended and I’m not even on the Yamaha payroll anymoreJ

The other chrome was not so easy. These parts required a lot
of extra work. The bolt holes were a mess and one required a trip to the
machine shop to make it usable.
Anthony also added painting of brake calipers and forks to
match the bike.

The front fender mounts were broke off the lower legs and
poorly repaired once already. The large heavy steel fender he is running is too
much for the R-1 forks ran on the Warriors. It’s designed for a small plastic
one. We designed and discussed options for a fiberglass fender or new mounts
made for the forks but Ant wants to run as is and take his chances. NO POTHOLES
PLEASE!
Davey at CrowTownCustomZ.com did a great job as usual.

Now getting the calipers reassembled and full of paint eating
brake fluid is going to be another challenge.

All wires were pulled, tested and labeled, then rerouted,
soldered and shrink-wrapped.
Props to Rick and the guys at

Lots of wires… The factory speedo
and tach were relocated under the seat to keep the
Yamaha ECM happy.
Done!
